ACE – a service for those struggling to get MH support due to complex issues. They link up people who may be fearful of services and actively work with them through short term help: drop-ins, 1:1 support, groups and therapy.

Bi-polar UK – offers support groups for anyone affected by bipolar

Bluebell – Bristol-based charity supporting families with depression related to pregnancy and birth

Bridge Foundation – counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, families, children and couples

Bristol Hearing Voices Network – info, support and self help groups for those who experience hearing voices / intrusive thoughts

Bristol Mind – provides advice & support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem.  Also campaigns to improve services

Bristol Wellbeing Therapies – NHS funded access to local courses, support and talking therapies

The Sanctuary – Out of hours (7pm-2am) service providing a safe place for people to come Friday – Monday if you are experiencing emotional distress
